Bright Bear Academy was founded with a heartfelt vision: to create a childcare environment that felt like an extension of home.
How it started
Built Around Family
Inspired by the owner's own growing family, Bright Bear Academy was built on the belief that every child deserves a safe, loving, and nurturing place to learn, grow, and thrive.
With health, safety, and family at the heart of everything we do, our goal has always been to provide families with peace of mind, knowing their little ones are cared for, valued, and supported each day.
Today, that same family-centered vision continues to guide us. We believe childhood is a special time filled with wonder, curiosity, and endless possibilities. Through meaningful play, hands-on exploration, and individualized learning experiences, we encourage children to build confidence, develop independence, and discover a lifelong love of learning.

Growing to Andover
The same family-centered vision is coming to a second home. Bright Bear Academy Andover, at 511 S Main Street, is scheduled to open in January 2027.
